We are in network with Children's Medical Services (CMS) through Sunshine Health. For all other insurance companies, upon request, receipts can be provided that include the necessary codes to send self-claims to your insurance company.

STEP UP FOR STUDENTS (formerly Gardiner) allows parents to direct money toward a combination of programs and approved providers including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.

Changes in healthcare plans and deductibles have made cash payments comparable to most out of pocket deductibles with major insurance companies. 

Physical therapy, Occupational therapy, and Speech therapy services are eligible for reimbursement from flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), health reimbursement accounts (HRA), dependent care flexible spending accounts (DCFSA) and limited care flexible spending accounts (LCFSA).
